Career
- He was the first secretary at the Indian mission in Moscow in Russia in the year 1979.
- He was the first secretary at the Indian Embassy in Washington DC in the year 1985.
- In 1988, he was the political advisor to the Indian peacekeeping force and the first secretary at the Indian mission in Sri Lanka.
